The files in this directory are here because nfilter is 
no longer supported and their web site is defunct. 
The files have been collected from various sources
and thanks are due to some who know who they are.

The pre-compiled version of the last full version 
of nfilter version 1.2.0

nfilter_120_source.zip
The source code for nfilter version 1.2.0 for those
who would like to view, modify, or compile nfilter themselves.

NewsProxy.exe
This is the upgrade to nfilter version 1.2.1 beta 1 
It is a drop-in replacement of the executable so nfilter 
version 1.2.0 should be installed and then the 
installed NewProxy.exe replaced with this file. I believe that this
version fixes a bug in the Lines: handling but don't know this for certain.

nfilter_faq_modified.html
This is the original nfilter_faq.html with the internal page 
links changed so that the file will work locally since the 
nfilter.org website (to which they previously pointed) is defunct. 
Read this file first.
